A clear distinction

Coaching is separate from recruiting.

Gandee Leadership Partners is a paid, confidential executive coaching service. It is separate from executive recruiting.

It does not guarantee interviews, job offers, placement, representation, employer introductions, or access to employment opportunities. Paying John for executive coaching services does not provide preferential consideration for recruiting assignments or employment opportunities.

John provides practical career and hiring-process guidance—not legal, tax, financial, mental-health, immigration, or employment-law advice.
